Welcome to Beaker & Flask

Beaker & Flask is Alachua’s wine destination. We serve a robust selection of wine varietals from around the world, expert knowledge to support your wine selection, exceptional service, wine club, private events, wine tastings, wine education, and wine cellar curation. We were honored with the Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence, published in its August 2023 issue.

Our service executes on the hospitality quotient of kindness and optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.

We are located in Alachua’s San Felasco Tech City next to Daft Cow Brewery.

  • Blind Tastings

    Test yourself within a sommelier-led group to discover the mystery identity of 3 white and 3 red wines typically on Tuesday or Wednesday night at 6 PM. The blind tasting flights are $25. The group tasting begins at 6 PM. Please register here!
